This look is all about the beautiful fabric from @tenunmedalimaskediri in Kediri, Indonesia. A few weeks ago, I was there and got to see the whole production process, from dyeing the yarn and creating the patterns to weaving the fabric by hand. So much craftsmanship and love goes into making these fabrics.

And sorry in advance to my mother-in-law, who currently has a whole suitcase filled with even more of these fabrics on its way to the Netherlands 🙈🤍

yuh is all about unisex, comfortable clothing for everyday wear. For this runway, I created a more dressed-up version, and it definitely left me wanting more. I’m already looking for more materials like these for upcoming collections. Can’t wait to make them 🤍✨

The design process for this show started with this look. I wanted to keep the silhouette of traditional Indonesian clothing, but turn it into a wearable party look. Combined with our popular play pants, of course, because it still has to feel like yuh studios. Always practical and comfortable to wear 🤍🙏🏼
