Returns one-of-a-kind
You’re welcome to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Once we’ve received your return and approved it, we’ll issue a refund using the same payment method you used at checkout. Please allow up to 14 days from the moment we receive the return for the refund to appear in your account.
Please note: we refund the full cost of the returned product(s), but initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns made-to-order
All made-to-order items are custom made — for that reason, we don’t offer refunds. If you have any questions before ordering, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We're happy to help and want to make sure everything is clear before you make your purchase.
Make sure to check our size guide. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to get in touch — we’ll gladly assist you.
Once your order is placed, you’ll get a confirmation email right away, followed by a shipping notification with tracking info once your item is on the way.
Please note that we’re not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If something goes wrong with your delivery, email us at hello@yuhstudios.com and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.

We will provide you with tracking details when your order is packed and handed to the carrier. Please double check your address before placing your order. In case you made a mistake, e-mail us hello@yuhstudios.com.
How to apply for a return:

E-mail us at hello@yuhstudios.com (we speak Dutch & English), please write 'RETURN' or 'EXCHANGE' in the subject line together with your order number. Please tell us the reason for your return.

We will respond to you, and after we accept your exchange or refund, we will instruct you on how to return.

We ask you kindly to send us the return package within 3 days after you have received our approval, because our items are one of a kind.
Delivery time
We work on a made-to-order basis — slow and intentional. Most of our pieces are made especially for you and take 1 to 6 weeks to produce, depending on the item and complexity. We’ll always mention the estimated production time on the product page, so you know what to expect.
One-of-a-kind items are already made and will be shipped out as soon as possible — usually within a few business days.
This approach helps us avoid overproduction and ensures each piece gets the time and attention it deserves.
